Beaconsfield is a suburb of Fremantle located close to Fishing Boat
Harbour.
The suburb is named after an original property that existed in the
area. A number of schools are situated within the suburb including a
primary and high school and a technical college (Challenger TAFE) where
hospitality and other courses are available.
A restaurant is located at the TAFE college where the food is cooked
and served by the students; also student-made cocktails are available.
