This well appointed fully furnished Villa is an easy 10 minute stoll from Mandurah's Foreshore, Cafe & Restaurant strip and many attractions. The perfect place for a weekend get-away or that long hard earned break, lounge on the top balcony or sit on the patio and relax while watching the boats on the canal .................... was that a dolphin going by?

The accommodation of Port Sails Canal Villa is a fully equipped 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa with balcony views of the canal. We also have Jetty facilities, so bring your boat! - Ducted air-conditioning & Foxtel satalite wide screen plasma TV. Playstaion 2 (BYO games)

Tea towels and bath mats are supplied and all bedrooms have pillows, quilt/doona and blanket.

Linen is available for hire @$60 and includes pillows cases, fitted sheets, top sheets, hand towels and bath towels.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no fencing between outdoor sittng area and the canal and maybe unsuitable for younger children.
