Neil Hawkins Park - On the banks of Lake Joondalup - contains a plethora of native wildlife such as parrots, kangaroos, kookaburras, black swans and many more. Take this opportunity to feed wild kangaroos and parrots.
Mindarie Keys - Picturesque harbour with pub and coffee shop. Also nearby is the newly built Ocean Keys shopping centre containing a wide variety of shops.

This modern two-storey villa offers two living areas, one at the front of the property and another at the rear which has views to the golf course through the patio doors. The well appointed kitchen offers all the facilities you will need for your stay and includes a breakfast bar. The adjacent dining room has a feature fireplace, dining table and chairs for 6 and yet again more beautiful views to the golf course and bush-land.

Foxtel satelitte TV (akin to Sky) is installed at the property and from September 2007 always-on broadband internet access will be available.

A downstairs stairs WC, utility room and shopper access to the garage completes the ground floor accommodation.

The second floor consists of a Master Suite containing a Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite which includes both bath and shower. The Master suite also boasts its own private balcony, with views over the golf course, furnished with an outdoor setting where you can relax and watch the wild Kangaroos at dusk.

The second bedroom contains a Queen sized bed and has fully-fitted wardrobes.

The third bedroom is a spacious twin again with wardrobes, containing two-single beds which can ,if required, be converted into a double. This rooms also has a rear-aspect with views to the golf course.

The large family bathroom is also located on this floor and again has both bath and shower facilities.
