Alnutt Street has been set up to provide furnished accomodation for the new migrant or holiday maker, the house is situated approx 800m from Mandurah shorefront. The development was finished late 2004. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1x queen, 1x double and 2x singles. there is a well stocked kitchen including fridge / freezer, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave, kettle and all utensils. The family room has 2x sofas, tv, dvd, cd / radio, gas fire for the winter nights. There is a dining room with a large timber table and six chairs. The laundry comes with washing machine, iron and iron board. The main bedroom is en suite and all bedrooms have built in robes and bedside tables. There is a secluded courtyard to the rear of the house. We have just installed ducted air conditioning. There is parking under cover for two cars and visitor parking across from the house.
