John and Doreen Bailie welcome you to our comfortable, homely accommodation featuring 2 large well-appointed bedrooms with guest games room and lounge area with T.V.& DVD.heated with a log fire in the winter. In addition, we offer an outdoor barbecue and pool area in a colourful,relaxing garden setting, next to secure off road parking.Please note a traditional Cooked Irish breakfast or Continental style is included in our price. As part of our service to guests we can advise and construct short 1/2 day or full day sight seeing tours or vineyard visits. We are very central to the Margaret River and Cape Naturaliste tourist areas.
Our Opening Hours are 7 Days a week all year upto 9pm.

Situated conveniently 5 minutes from Busselton en route to Dunsborough and the Margaret River Wine Region, we are a short stroll to the beautiful beach of Geographe Bay, coastal walks and cycle path.

Sorry, we don't accept bookings for school leavers. Please don't enquire.
