Chaudiere Beach House sits in a wonderful location, 150 metres from Jay's Beach with views over Flinders Bay and the mouth of the Blackwood River. A few minutes walk from the ocean, river, fishing spots and the local cafe. It is blissfully peaceful and tranquil.
The house been furnished with an emphasis on comfort while still being stylish and attractive. The house upstairs has 3 bedrooms (one with ensuite), a sunroom with a sofa bed, a living room, dining room and full-equiped kitchen. Downstairs is a self contrained flat with two adjoining bedrooms, living/ dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
